We emphasize the need for careful enquiry when considering referral/treatment. No single laser is capable, at the present time, of the optimum treatment of all conditions and lasers can be dangerous if mishandled or used without proper clinical assessment.

Treatment outcomes vary and you might wish to consider, also, the medical laser experience, training and reputation of the operator, and whether the clinic is a dedicated laser clinic - i.e. a full time laser treatment service using one particular laser, or a number of different lasers belonging to the clinic or hospital - or whether it is an occasional laser clinic.

All such points should be considered and assessed when seeking effective laser treatment. We would suggest that questions shoud be specific and require precise answers.
